Why this mod don't work on dedicated server?

I have ARK on a dedicated server, i have set the mod correctly (when a player enter in my server, automatically download the mod from the workshop) but when i see the engram i can see all the engram (also the shotgun, rifle, ecc...) and this are craftable! Why?

PS: SOrry for my bad english.

im sure that apparently workshop maps dont work on servers yet but im sure there working on it
