I can't seem to replicate this error myself. Are you in the caves beta branch? And which other mods are you using?
Hmm, it's possible that there is a conflict with another mod you are using. Is one of them Charlie the Gardener? They use a similar function.
Does this happen every single time you try to plant a flower? If so, try turning your other mods off and see if it happens with just the Wynn mod by itself. That would confirm if this is a cross-mod conflict or not.

Thanks for this crash report! It's almost definitely a conflict with Charlie's code. Unfortunately for now this means that the mods just aren't compatible with each other, but when I get some time I'll see if I can't fix this issue, possible when the caves update officially hits.
