A nice place to find it is by looking at the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Content\Mods\479295136 (obviously steam location may vary)

look in the file PrimalGameData_BP_AkuShima_NEW.uasset . Use a good editor like notepad++ and look for the word Engram . This should allow you to find most of the Engrams :). Their might be a better way. But this works.

Obviously dont make any changes to this file. You might want to make a copy of it and view the copy, just in case you do an accidental save :)

for example how do you hide weight potion ?? it does not have engramentry in that file and i dont know how to disable it...

the developer for AS hasn't replied to or added any posts in over a month. we're on the verge of removing the mod altogether on the server me and some friends play on because there are many AS items not working and/or disappearing. it's irritating

If you remove mod from server, what will actualy happen ? structures from mod itself will disappear ? or it will break the server or structures will stay or what will happen ?

When you remove the mod, the saved map files will still load but all Aku Shima items will disappear. If Aku Shima items were structurally supporting vanilla items, the vanilla items will remain and appear to float in the air until they're destroyed.
