What dinos?

Can I select any dinasour to be a rare spawn?

Removed the mod and it removed my dinosaurs

I recently removed this mod, and when I reset Ark, it pretty much removed a few of my dinosaurs, If I put the mod back on, will all the dinosaurs that I tamed come back? please reply back asap.
