Here's my idea

+50% Faster eating speed
+On equip: 25% Faster Movement Speed (Brr, it's cold)
+When Eaten: Max Health increased by 100 points, 25% faster movement speed, all attacks mini-crit, all damage taken becomes crit
-Food effects last for 20 seconds
-30 second regeneration speed

Any more ideas?

All damage taken becomes crit? That seems like a decent nerf, but the heavy would just become die instantly. One rocket, pipe, or even a sniper noscoping would take him down really fast.
