When I want to start the a SP mission the whole game crashs

Game crashes when loading MP match

After passing mod i wanted to go back to MP but the game crashes when map is loading. Deleted mod and even reinstalled game but problem keeps appearing.
APP_ERROR: Unknown control panel item :
"trench_small_foxhole_shallow_infantry" (eGC_PanelControl.cpp, 496)
