I know how to fix it, either uninstall the addon or download the addon using this site http://steamworkshopdownloader.com/ then after downloading it find a program that can unzip a .gm file, personally I use the gwtool program, then after unzipping it delete the lua,particles and sound folders, then after deleting those drag the folder containing both the model and material folders into your gmod's addon folder, that's how I fixed it, the only downside with my other method is they don't appear in the list of playermodels.
