-40% fire speed( If not more I dont use smg enough to get a feel for fire speed)
-50% damage
+Makes a small Huo-Long Heater like ring around impact area that causes knockback
+Knockbacks/disorents enemys on hit
(It would be used to escape in a pinch not for offence)
-45 fire speed
+removes 10% of spy cloak and uber
*fires like the bison and the pompson

+Bullets are replaced with lazers that can penetrate opponents and specific areas
-Instead of ammo, you have a cooldown system (if you've played Star Wars Battlefront 2 you should know what I am talking about) where as the more you shoot more heat is generated, slowing the fire rate until the weapon stops. You must wait for the weapon to cool down to shoot again, and ammo sources do NOT recharge it faster.
-Lazers can be reflected by the Pyro's airblast

I made this as more of a weapon from the universe of space action movies such as Star Wars, with some balancing. I doubt this'd be the real stats.:happy_creep:

I have an idea!!

Postive
+shoots a charged lazer projectile
+25% damage increase
+infinite ammo capacity

Negative
-only 10 rounds in a mag
-decreases firing speed as health increases

I doubt this is balanced but still, an idea

How about this plz considor by the way

50+ firing speed
20+ knock back
30- Damage Penelty

And the taunt could be a tuant kill where the sniper aims he's SMG in the air and fires and then the bullets come back down and kill everone in a small radoius.
Possible Stats:

Can Aim down Iron sight
-35 Damage Penalty
Fires Lasers which sets enemies on fire.
+50% accuracy.
No flinching when aiming
+25% ammo
+20% fire vulnerability.

LIke the taunt Idea. He just stops, Points his gun up all camly and fire like 5 rounds into the sky and up to 5 people die in a very small radius of you.

Less bullet spread
+35% range
Fires higly-visible laser tracer rounds
+15% faster weapon switch

Based loosely on the Cleaner's Carbine. This weapon handles more like an assault rifle than an SMG, with increased range and tighter spread at the cost of a slower firing rate and smaller clip. Great for Snipers who like to keep their distance or finish off wounded enemies.

20% slower weapon change

A version of the airpistol, more damage, but a LOT of lesser clip size, but, by its benefits, i must putted the slower weapon change.

when hit it explode ain a small radius(about the size of a full ammo pack)

30% chance to set victim on fire
20%chance of bleeding victim
10% chance of mini crit

on last shot fire a large bolder from the sky (about the size of the heavy)
Does not require ammo
Shots penetrate players
+25% faster firing speed
-15% max primary ammo
-10% slower reload speed

Ahem. here is my Better stats:

Pros:
Does not require ammo
+50% faster weapon switch
+50% damage bonus

Cons:
Deals only 20% damage to buildings
-50% fire rate penalty
+25% reload time increased

mai idea:

Pros:
Explodes on impact, dealing 100% weapon damage to enemies in a rocket launcher sized blast radius
+20% clip size

Cons:
-50% damage
-10% slower reload
-30% fire rate
+20% self inflicted damage

Just a note: the weapon deals smg damage to enemies hit with the bullet and 50% smg damage in the blast radius.

This would be a good weapon for taking out large groups of people and sentry nests. more of a "combat sniper" sort of SMG than a panic weapon

Mai Idea :3

While weapon is active:

Positives:

+15% Movement Speed
+40% Damage
On hit: Spies and Medics lose a small amount of their Cloak and Uber, respectively (the shots do NOT penetrate, however)

Negatives:

-40% Clip Size (Only 15 shots loaded as opposed to 25)
Wielder is Marked For Death and will receive Mini-Crits while weapon is active, and for 3 seconds after switching weapons.
