My stats are as follows:
Bow of Double Shot has slower drawback, but less of a projectile drop. It should fire 2 projectiles.
Melf's Magic Potion has slows target by 55% for 7 seconds, with 4 seconds of bleed. Recharge time should be 25 seconds.

But The Only Thing To Balance It Out Will Be No Random Crits.
