I am aware that a lot of people want a new version with bugfixes and extra content but i have to say that its not something thats done in a day. I am masssively reworking the map and splitting it up into areas to reduce visible object and improve performance because a lot of people complain about this specific problem which i really want to solve.

2: This is another entrance to a seperated area, i will try to add more variations of transition between the parts but for now its going to be simple tunnels. Certainly there will be more transition points.

3: Right now the map is visually a little bit "empty" so im adding eye catchers like these highways that were also in the original FO3 game. Unfortunately they will be not accessible.

4: I am trying to expand the enclave base which is covered as a harmless warehouse with more industrial areas so the empty spaces get "filled". I just started with this so its a bit empty right now.

Dont know why you deleted your comment but to answer your question:

The map uses the painted skybox, that means that people can setup their own lighting and fog parameters ingame so it is not limited to one visual theme.

I and my friend are making server based on your map, so i got every texture from HL:E1 and HL:E2 which this map need (wasted about 10 hours to find materials/models and compress 4gb of data to only 400mb), will be very glad if you add this 3 addons to the description of the map:
