I don't think its possible ? Since like Gmod Map itself, .gma files filled with lots of materials and models. Also sound, and if you only port for the map only, it will make lots of missing texture. Also planning to post to GMod workshop without GTA/Jericho permission might be violates the rules

Also GTA did post for this map.
But for porting other things to GMod, well you just need to find, their all files that are common. I mean like, models, materials, script(if possible), sound(if Possible)
