Don't get me wrong, this is an epic skin that i would want if it was put in the game, but there's already the hyper beast, and this one looks similar

difference is the hyper beast guy isnt making TT skins, wich is sad, we dont have manny BEAST looking skins on TT imo.

There can't be a ballance. Either you don't have skins like CSS or you let everyone make skins.
