I just played Barbariands Evolved in giant YNAEMP, it was brutal. (emperor difficulty)
Even i set civilizations on each continent , there are still vast areas with a lot of barbarian camps that evolve and evolve.
I (China) had to defend for at least 2 eras before my cities and workes were somehow safe.
AI didnt defend that well, first AI cities starts to fall to barbarians in classical era
Hiawata was anihilated by barbarians in mediaval era, Inca in Englitement era.
America and Maya had only capital when i made contact with them.
Russia , Huns and Sweden lost also several cities.
AI in Africa (zulu, ethiopia, songhai, carthage) and Europe seems to defend themselves

This is not a complain, this is a thanks you. It was really great game , although much easier then regular emperor diff. games.
