Just installed haven't played yet wondering about quests

So i was wondering if anyone knows what quests are added or changed I don't want to know how to do them just where they are and how to start them actually if someone could tell me how to get to the droid factory/planet thank you

I have noticed that one quest, Thief Catching, doesn't seem to be working for me, personally. Every time I go to the Sublevels, fight and kill the three laigreks near the locked door behind the fountain, the locked door (which is supposed to open) doesn't open, so I cannot finish the quest.
