Bug - secret academy - sparring
After I have won all sparrings - I have 2 bugs.
1) I do not exit sparring mode - so I do not have my party
2) I cant leave - when I enter my ship - I see the scene where I leave, then the scene with handmaiden - and then just black scree - I can run - can open menu - but that all

Seems to be an issue only when player takes a break. If someone will try it - be careful or you'll have to start from older save)

Armor mod? There were known issues like this with at least one armor mod.
If you have NO mods, then verify game cache files.

Did you verify game files?
Righ click game Title in the steam library, then click on Properties in the dropdown window, then in the properties window click Local Files Tab, and choose to verify game cache files. If any files are corrupt or missing ti will download them. When it is donr i suggest closing Steam completely then restart and play your game.

Q. I lost my team at the academy/black screen when entering Ebon Hawk after academy/Atton, Kreia or Bao-Dur don't talk to me when I click them.
A. Sadly, this is a vanilla bug we cannot fix, since the files cannot be de-compiled. It's related to fighting the Handmaiden sisters on the battle mat and "cheating" before they become hostile, giving an error in the script to return your team members. You will have to load a save from before this fight.
