If you have NO mods, then verify game cache files.
Righ click game Title in the steam library, then click on Properties in the dropdown window, then in the properties window click Local Files Tab, and choose to verify game cache files. If any files are corrupt or missing ti will download them. When it is donr i suggest closing Steam completely then restart and play your game.
Seems to be a bug in game
A. Sadly, this is a vanilla bug we cannot fix, since the files cannot be de-compiled. It's related to fighting the Handmaiden sisters on the battle mat and "cheating" before they become hostile, giving an error in the script to return your team members. You will have to load a save from before this fight.
