STAR WARS™ Knights of the Old Republic™ II: The Sith Lords™

(English) The Sith Lords Restored Content Modification (TSLRCM)
Compatibility issue help (SPOILERS)
Heya. I was doing another play through modded with this restored content enabled. I noticed that if you have this mod enabled, if you are running other equipment mods say, from Nexus Mods.... you cannot board the ravager. It isn't compatible with the extra HK-47 mission. It instead puts the PC there.

Before anything else is said, please backup a copy of your save game files alright?

There is a simple, yet sad solution to this. If you uninstall this mod until you get back to Telos, then it should solve the problem. However you will have to skip HK-47's mission. I tried uninstalling mods that conflicted with TSLRCM but because the save files have modded equipment it causes crashes upon loading saves. I believe this to be the only work around. If you wish to experience the mission, which is probably the most challenging, the first play though should include this mod and nothing else for the best experience.

If anyone else has fixes that can help others experience this wonderful mess of a game, please post below.

Take it easy fellow exiles.

To add, if you are having issues say, like the black screen following the restore enclave cut-scene... These following steps helped me progress with certain mods enabled.

Step 1: Make a NEW save file while in the black screen. Always nice to protect your previous save just in case.

Step 2: While the game is still running, go to your desktop and navigate to a temp file in your games directory. This can be accessed via steam by clicking the cog, and browsing local files. Here is an example of my directory below.

D:\steam\steamapps\common\Knights of the Old Republic II\temp

Step 3: Copy all the files located in the temp folder to a new one on your desktop, then delete them once you ensure its backed up. This folder is only there when the game is running.

Step 4: Exit the game

Step 4: Reload the save. Then load all the files back into the folder. You could choose not to load them, but I believe it causes issues such as reloading all the enemies and quests in the area. It gets a bit buggy.
