Game crashes when trying to travel to other planets
just finished M4-78 and it crashes to every planet I try to travel to after.

After i kill vash at the end of m4-78 i wasnt sure what todo next. I had completed all the journal entres, the only thing remaining in that I had found master vash....
I cannot remmeber what planets i did not travel to since i stopped playing during m4-78 for a while.
Doesnt really matter, because it crashes after the final cut scene when trying to travel to another planet.

I would appreciate any help, thanks.

may i also add. After i kill vash, "darkside" of course. my journal entree updated like i stated above. But im not sure what todo next.
Nothing triggered with my companions, and like i said, when i travel to other planets it crashes
