It should be compatible. TSLPatcher isn't really set up for the workshop, you can use the modified version by Fairstrides (it's bundles with my handmaiden 4 females mod, you can use just the .exe). Don't think he has released it seperately yet.

I already have installed the Dustil Restoration mod to the TSLRCM folder. The Dustil Restoration read me says that reinstalling it will cause problems, so I guess I have to uninstall it first.

No, but it has a modified TSLPatcher.exe you can use to install it to M4-78EP.
And pretty much so. Stuff that modifies .2da's need to be applied to both, otherwise TSLRCM's override only should do fine.

I downloaded your Handmaiden 4 Females mod from Deadly stream and used your .exe for multiple mods. It worked for most of them, but not for two mods. One of which is the Dustil Restoration mod. For both the mods it gives the error that it doesn't find the dialog.tlk file.
