How do I complete the "Data Transfer" quest? -SPOILERS-
Ok so I finished every quest on M4-78. Master Vash was killed by M4-78 and then Kaah was killed when trying to get to the Ebon Hawk, and I read that you're supposed to meet M4-78 to be able to continue this quest... So what am I supposed to do? I honestly can't figure it out and if I anybody could help me it'd be greatly appreciated.

Also I don't care for spoilers for this mod, so feel free to leave every detail in.

1st stage I think. I haven't completed any of it yet since I've gotten it.
