And KSE http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/503-kotor-save-game-editor/
The 000_Jedi _Found variable was set to 4, Onderon/Duxun being my last planet, m y best guess is encountering what should be Vash's body on Koriban and Vash on M4-78 both trigger an addition to it hence why it did not properly trigger the cutscene prompting you to return to Duxun, setting it to 3 fixed the issue.
Any known workaround?
By which I mean "when should I save the game, pop open the save file, and decrement that particular variable".
I'm just about to head to Korriban as my last planet and thought to myself "man I should probably check to see if there's any issues with M4 before I do this".
