Can't find maintainance droid.

I found CS-45's memory core, and the quest now tells me to find the maintainance droid and ask him about it. I have talked to every droid I could find twice. I don't know if I'm just missing him, if my game is bugged, or what, but I can't find any dialogue option with any droid that will make the game go forward.

The maintenance droid is close to CS-45, next to the placeable with droid parts and stuff.
