New Dino Releases
Hey all, the server I'm playing on just wiped at the end of last week and installed this mod. So far we love it!

We had one question though regarding new dino releases. When a new dino type is released (like the Giganotosaurus is supposed to be today) what happens?

Will it spawn as a non AR dino until the mod is updated (which would make it crazy overpowered), or will it just not spawn until the mod is updated? If it is the former, is there a way to convert a current dino into an AR dino (one tribe on our server somehow found a high level non AR quetzl sunday and it has 70k hp)

It spawns as a vanilla dino until the devkit gets updated that mod owners can do their rework to add it in. No way to change a vanilla into an AR that I know of.

My worst fears are realized! What does your server do then? They are essentially gods compared with the normal versions

Oh, do you happen to remember how long it usually takes for the kit to get updated? Are we talking days or weeks here?

we may be talking switching to reborn lite and i change the dinoresistancemultiplier and dinodamagemultiplier :-/
