Linux Server Problem
Hey Dude,

following problem:

I uploaded the files into the directoy /home/steam/Mods/485964701/
After that im tryin to start the server with following command:

./ShooterGameServer /home/steam/Mods/485964701/ArkReborn?listen?ModId=485964701

Everything is looking fine...:

Using binned.
4.5.1-0+UE4 7038 3077 402 3
[S_API FAIL] SteamAPI_Init() failed; SteamAPI_IsSteamRunning() failed.
Setting breakpad minidump AppID = 346110


But nothing happens more. The CPU of the server stucks up @ about 20% for 2 hours now and nothing more happens.. Any idea? :/

Hello,

Yes, it seems that you are not launching the server properly, here is what i did to have it working in linux :

Copy all the addon files (directory 485964701 and 485964701.mod file) in this folder : arkdedicated/ShooterGame/Content/Mods/

And then have my server started with the following command line, should solve your issue :

./ShooterGameServer /Game/Mods/485964701/ArkReborn?listen?ModId=485964701?SessionName=.........
