Weapon/Taunt + Maybe set idea?
I was thinking of A new sandvich for heavy called "The Stimpack'' Instead of him eating it He uses it on his arm and his health goes up tons!

The taunt idea the stimpak for all classes if it wont be a weapon.

Set idea is heavy to be the brotherhood of arms.
