Stats
+Fires a long beam instead of bullets
+ When beam hits an enemy it slowly drains their ammo, uber and cloak
+10 health per second
- Firing beam drains your health
- If you fire with no ammo you instantly die

Shoots out Shock Beam
+When beam hits an enemy, it dicrease the enemy's speed by 10%
+Enemy dies with electric shock when the beam hits them
-You may hurt yourself
- 10% accurcy

+Fires a short-range Beam instead of bullets
+When the beam hits an enemy, gives them stun for 1-3 seconds, drains life at 20-25 a second, and gives them a bleed effect.
+Beam acts like the Short Circuit
-25% Primary Ammo
-Firing with no ammo gives you a bleeding effect, stun for 1-3 seconds, and creates an explosion that does at max 100 damage.

EDIT: Change drains life at 20-25 a second, to 5-17, Mini Crit 20-24, Crit 47-60.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this looks awesome. But I feel like the suggested stats are a tad unbalanced. If I may, I'll try my best to make my stats. I do NOT mean my stats will be better, I just want to see if I can make balanced stats.

Neutral:
Fires electrical shots

Pros:
+50% max primary ammo on player.
+10% movement speed when spin-up
Shots stun players for a second.


Cons:
-10% firing speed
-15% spin-up time

Pro:
+When Wearer's Health is under 50HP : +40% Damage

This weapon has a "RAGE BUFF", like in MVM. When loaded and activated,
Weapon causes Bleed effect on a small group of people for 5-10 Seconds.

Cons:
-Does only 20% Damage on buildings
-Wearer takes +20% Damage

Operates on a charge meter (kinda like the invis watch, I think it should be able to last for a smaller amount of time than the minigun when constantly firing).
Short ranged, a bit longer than pyro's flamethrower.
No speed reduction when shooting.
Shoots lightning bolts in a wide area in front of heavy (I'm thinking like 120 degrees.).
Bolts constantly damage enemies in radius and slow their movement speed.
No spinup time. (it's a large electrothing, you don't need to 'spin up' large electrothings.)
When shooting, take constant damage. (Medic!)
When firing when charge bar is used up, creates large, self damaging explosion. Primary weapon destroyed, must be replenished by supply locker.

Idk if it's unbalanced or not.

you guys are all wrong

it's a tesla weapon, so give it tesla properties

just cut the short circuit's beam mechanics (hits multiple players at once and has a very limited range) and give it the heavy's firerate and close range DPS. BAM, instant AoE/Ambush weapon with very high DPS

I like that guy's idea. The wierd crown/shoe name guy. Volvo make this a weapon and choose his stats.

Does not require ammo
On hit: drain Uber and cloak
Gain up to 10 health per hit (closer enemy is when you hit, the more health you get)
-20% slower firing speed
-2 health per second when equipped

I have an idea

Pros:
-Regenerates ammo (instead of listing ammo in numbers it is replaced by a percentage bar) +10% per second
- on alt-fire (while spun up for at least 5 seconds) shoots a charged up "chain bolt" that hits an enemy (first enemy hit is a crit at 100 damage) than spreads to nearby enemies (second enemy(s) deals a minicrit 50 damage, third enemy deals normal damage 25 and enemies afterward will take 25% less per enemy hit, will also temporarily disable buildings
-20% ammo collected on kill
Cons:
-50% slower spin up time
-No random crits
-10% less damage while being healed (while in mvm can be upgraded to not do this)
-25% less damage while being Ubered (Same as above)
- No ammo from picking up boxes

Notes:
Spin up button replaced with "R" key
