It should be also wear-able for Heavy
Like, cmon, it would perfectly fit for Heavy. It would replace the ammo belt with this. :60sCan:

We'd love to do it, but unfortunately it wouldn't be feasible due to the poly-limit on items. It's either the cans would be really blocky, or we'd have an item with an absurd polycount.

Heavy cannot have these cans due it's a decorative misc item on other classes, Heavy's decorative ammo chain belt is a different type of cosmetical decoratives compare to ones Soldier, Demo, Pyro have on their chest or Sniper, Engi have in their pocket.

Outside of the conflicts, it wouldn't make much sense for Heavy to have cheap beer on his person to be honest.

Now cheap vodka...
