FIXED CRASH!
after you warp from the security panel, as soon as the hanger appears, IMMEDIATELY PAUSE THE GAME. This way you have your foot in the door before it crashes. SAVE AND EXIT THE GAME. then UNSUBSCRIBE THE MOD AND LOAD YOUR SAVE. You're welcome! :)

This worked for me too but as soon as i defeated the troopers on the ship it freezes. All you can do is pause and unpause a black screen
