What I think the stats should be
+25 heath bonus
+Deals 50% more damage to sentrys
+100% ammo capacity
+100% faster firerate
-15% damage penalty
-No sentry
-10% less movement speed
No Random crits

no sentry would be a bit bad for the engineer maybe can only build level 2's and no mini sentries
