map problem im having

I'm seeing areas that are undone / not drawn.

it's dark, I had to use a torch just to see "inside of one of the building"
it is weird in that the island has holes / UN-drawn landscapes
Nothing Like the videos I've seen.
This ARK is a fresh download, I have many mods.
What's UP?
