At the moment Garry isn't letting us make anything other than shirts and pants, it could easily be a vest or even a long-sleeved shirt, when those options become available.

they should allow us to make models. I dont know how it is in Dota 2(different engine and that stuff) but i really want that.

Garry has said he will be letting us do models and other cosmetics in the future, but for now it's just re-texturing of t-shirts and pants.
