Some stats for this would be nice

I suggest something like
+40% swing speed
+15% movement speed while deployed
+0.25% movement and swing speed bonus for every 3 heads chopped in 60 sec (timed)
-40% damage

Pros:
+25HP on kill
+On Charge kill: Wearer gets minicrits for 7 seconds

Cons:
-no random crits
-30% slower firing speed
-Wearer cant get healed by Medic / Dispenser, when equipped

I don't think this makes sense. This is just a straight upgrade.

I don't think this makes sense. This is just a straight upgrade.

Its not just an upgrade. It gives you the possibility to survive longer in melee combats. And you can't just spam the M1 Button, because of the slower firing speed.

The minicrits are for Damage boost And Health so you cant die instant. So your melee weapon gets stronger and you can kill more people. Because sometimes i play melee demoknight, I kill someone and get instant killed by his teammates.

-25% charge speed on wearer
-Cowardice: Lose 15% movement speed when below 50% health.

+Upon kill: Gain +25% movement speed and minicrits for 5 seconds. [does not stack]
+100% movement-impairing effects resistance while charging

-80% charge impact damage
-75% critical hit damage

OR

Holding down mouse 3 [while active] will make the wearer parry melee attacks [+80% melee resistance] and gain +15% projectile damage resistance. This can be held down for as long as possible, but slows the wearer's movement speed by 40%.

Pros:+30 damage

Cons: Blade can break taking away 20 of its damage
when broken the range is reduced cause...its a broken sword

A default Damaging sword with range. Like a Reskin Bottle but with more range now
No buffs, no penalties

+20% Faster Swing Speed
+On Hit: Gain Speed Boost
+On Kill: Mini-Crits For 3 Seconds

Cons:
-35% Damage Penalty
-15% Fire Vulnerability Penalty
-No Random Crits

+10% Faster Movement Speed When Active

Cons:
-20% Damage Penalty

Parry lasts for 1.5 seconds and blocks one melee attack and has a 2 second recharge time.
