might be slightly overpowered because it would give a big power advantage, if yall think it is could add a healing penalty, but i think it would be nice because it could encourage more aggressive medics

Are you for real? There was supposed to be a "overhealer" medigun in tf2 befo' it was cut. It's stats are known for no ubercharge and non fading overheal. You added + 10 heal overheal?

If you heal someone for more than 25 seconds strait your heal rate will decrease untill you only heal that target for only 25% of your standard healing (It returns to normal rate after 10 seconds)

Makes yourself invincible and does AOE healing (50 HPS) to anyone within 30 feet from you and making anyone in range immune to knock back effects.
Your heal target takes in more healing (250% extra heal speed).

Keeping the whole team healed but bad at pocketing. (you may think its like the Quick Fix but the Quick fix is meant for pocketing Mobile Classes such as Scout, Soldier, Demo)
