This would make it more of a Defense Weapon, but it would not be a spamming type of weapon since ammo is very low on it


That's horrible. Basically the only way to get ammo is to get to a respawn cabin. Also, -30% max secondary ammo on user? He'd only have around 16-10 sticky-bombs.
