There is NO WAY THIS WEAPON CAN BE A RESKIN (I'm talking to you, Ducky Quackington). This! Weapon! Needs! STATS! Here are my thoughts for those:

+5 or 10% blast radius
-25% clip size
-25% max bombs active

I couldn't decide on any differences in damage and/or launch power. If anyone reading this has any ideas on those or any other stats, do flag them up.
