How do I access the menu?

In Sandbox gamemode: Hold C to open context-menu, then click on the WSTAR icon.
Or hold C to open the spawnmenu, then click the Options tab, then the Player category and you should see Weapon S.T.A.R.

Via console command: wstar_menu

Or bind the menu to a key on your keyboard via command:
bind X wstar_menu
where X is the key you want to use.


Can I change the settings via console / cfg file?

What's the difference between Strip Weapons and Block Default Loadout?

Strip Weapons is enabled by default and removes all weapons and ammo that are not part of the Weapons restores, for example the default Sandbox loadout or weapons that the map give to you.

Block Default Weapons prevents the Sandbox loadout from executing. This is only needed when playing the HL 2 campain, because it the Sandbox loadout deletes your weapons that would otherwise transfer between maps.

See how your weapons are set up:

Strip ON - Block OFF (default):
Sandbox Cleanup -> Sandbox Loadout -> (Map Loadout) -> WSTAR Cleanup -> Restore
Strip OFF - Block OFF:
Sandbox Cleanup -> Sandbox Loadout -> (Map Loadout) -> WSTAR Cleanup -> Restore
Strip ON - Block ON:
Sandbox Cleanup -> Sandbox Loadout -> (Map Loadout) -> WSTAR Cleanup -> Restore

I have a question: Let us say that the electricity goes out or the game crashes (Or you just quit the game), will your weapons still be saved?
