how do I get military uniforms?
I can only buy civil clothing from the stores in cities, only way I found to get military uniforms is killing deserters. How do I buy them?

Sorry for the late response but you need to go to a military depot (of your country) and enroll once that's done you can buy outfits and the more renown you have the more outfit you are going to unlock (promotions).
