Hungarian Soldiers?

Can I not recruit the Hungarian Soldiers yet? I see lords with them. I have tried recruiting from every Austro-Hungarian village but didn't get any.

Maybe theyre in a certain ugrade path? like light cav for an uhlan or something

No I have tried all upgrade paths and have top tier units from all of them. I guess you can't recruit them from villages yet.
