If anyone is curious, the number of certain things like bandits in villages and deserters is based on the player's level. The developers of the game never thought to cap those numbers if the player's level is unreasonably high.

yeah I once played Gekokujo with cheats. Couldnt do a single bandit raid, village bandit attack, or anything because it literally crashed the game
