So, you know, I've been a British soldier for nearly three months now and I still can't figure out how to get those sergeant troops. My troops can't be promoted further "Foot Guard" or anything of that sort, and there's no option in the military depot to recruit them either. I guess I need to get promoted further sergeant-major, which is my current rank, but I am not entirely sure... So yeah, pretty lost here.
