Super long pontification about the mod and some bugs and some constructive criticism. (enter at own risk)
So I'll start out by saying this mod is awesome and a real lifesaver seeing as now I don't have to go buy Napoleonic wars and be let down by my inability to connect to servers. Singleplayer Napoleonic Warfare is just what I need to have fun, and this mod is a godsend.
So I have decided to pontificate about the mod and assume that I can do the dev's job even though I know Jack about modding or creatning games in general.
Instead of doing all I just said I would do above, I'll instead offer a handy bulleted list of items that I feel should be tweaked in the game.

1. Bugs:
> I don't know if it is actually a bug, but it seems that bandits stop spawning in villages after the first few are cleared. I cleared a bunch in the first few minutes of play and haven't seen a single bandit infested village since. In other M&B Native and With Fire and Sword, I have found bandits quite common.
> There appear to be three options when you have officers in your regiment, each doing the same: "Charge the Enemy", "Take the Field", and "Lead Your Troops". If each was to do a different job, that would be interesting, but it just seems redundant at the moment.
> Ultra Shiny textures and reflective textures can be found in cities, most prominently in taverns and are super distracting. I don't know if this is a glitch or just something purposeful, but I thought it would be best if the modder knew.
> When I am ambushed in a large city, like London, for some reason only two bandits show up. I kill those two bandits and then spend the next twenty minutes looking for the other before I give up and leave the area. This needs to be fixed as I could not visit certain places in London while the bandits were trying to attack me. I tried to find all three at least the same number of times, but to no avail.
> Path-finding is a big if. Sometimes my party will take a massive detour rather than head straight where they need to be, which is very annoying. Now I know that this is present everywhere in M&B, but here it is especially prevalent.

I think that covers all the bugs I found, so here is a list of some gameplay elements I like, but think should be improved.

2. Gameplay
> Uniforms. So I have a lot to say about uniforms, but what I think takes precendence is the uniforms of the 60th Rifles. What I seriously dislike is how once they are promoted to Chosen Men they change into a 95th Rifles uniform, which really takes me out of the game when I'm looking at my unit in battle. I'm not sure of the historical relation, but it would be nice if maybe they could keep the red on their uniform and simply receive a red or white band around the arm to mark them as Chosen Men. Another option would be simply turning them into 60th Veteran Riflemen rather than having the Chosen Men aspect. Furthermore, the 60th Rifle uniform features a 95 on the back, which again stands out in the battle line. I'm also wondering why there is no Corporal uniform for the 60th Rifles? If I'm correct, which I am likely to not be, you gain a rank with every 50 renown, meaning 50-100 is Corporal, 100-150 is Sergeant, and 150-200 is Sergeant Major (I have reached 200 renown but have not been promoted, are there anymore enlisted ranks?/how much renown does it take to be an officer?") A suggestion concerning uniforms is the addition of an infantry Beret. As Richard Sharpe is present in the game I'm sure you are familiar with the Sharpe TV series and the beret that the rifles commonly wore, those would be nice to see implemented for the 95th and 60th. While I am on the topic of hats I have two more suggestions, one is the addition of a 60th Rifle Shako (possibly the simple changing of the name of the 95th rifle shako to simply Rifleman Shako?) and the second is tweaking female hair to where it stops showing through hats. I like for my female characters to have a braided pony tail, and the hair showing through hats makes that tough :(.
> Travel Time. The map of Europe is MUCH bigger than the map of Caldradia and it seems as though it takes forever to simply patrol around England. Maybe the map could be more populated (more bandits, AI patrols, cities, bandit lairs) or it could be shrunk to allow for quicker travel. The big place this has affected me is in answering my marshall's summons, twice I was unable to reach the Marshall because they were too far away. another suggestion is making it where there are more bridges for crossing rivers and the bridges that are currently there need to be fixed where you can travel over them at normal speed.
> Guns. In my opinion the guns are not accurate enough, especially the rifles. The Musket in the game, for example, is lucky to hit something at 25 yards, even less, while the rifle is more accurate, it still has the failing of not being accurate enough. A Marksman with a musket was roughly 40 yards, don't quote me on that, and riflemen could hit targets at as long as 200-400 yards. Carrying a rifle and missing a target at 100 yards is very annoying as the reload is so long and the character cannot move during the reloading process. That brings me to the need to be able to reload while moving and reload speed. Reloading while moving would be possible in real life, but indeed difficult. Maybe it could be added into the game where moving while reloading not only slows YOU down, but the reloading process. Furthermore I feel that weapon mastery should improve reload times by something like .1% per point added in. That way there is a difference in reloading as a lvl 1, and reloading as a lvl 10. Now I don't know if this already affects this, but I just wanted the suggestion to be out there. I also heard there is a thing called "phased reloading" where the gun is reloaded in stages rather than one long stage, that if the player is interrupted while reloaded they can start back where they were. I haven't seen this in the game and was hoping for any help that can be offered.
> City size. The cities and towns, while very cool looking, are very large and hard to navigate as a player, especially one on foot. It is tedious how if I enter a town to speak with the village elder I have to run quite the distance to speak with them. This is just a mention, it is okay and a minor annoyance but far from a large problem.
> Tactics. This is a big one. The tactics in this game are very clunky and everytime I try to use them I lose valuable time while enemy cavalry and infantry are charging me. My soldiers tend to run from side to side for some reason and don't like following my orders for some time. On the side of tactics without battle planning, the in game system using the F1-F9 keys, firstly the keys appear to glitch over one another and sometimes they don't all show up, which is an annoyance when trying to give orders, secondly I wish they had been expanded some to allow for better gameplay. For example, I would like to order my skirmishers to skirmish with the enemy, moving up and staying a short distance away from an advancing enemy, picking them off while staying spread out and far away enough to avoid heavy casualties. It would also be nice to have a type of advance order, where my troops enact a kind of bayonet charge at a walking pace in a column formation. This way they hit the enemy in a large and consolidated group rather than individual troops. And once they are close enough I can give the order charge, where they will then fire their weapon and charge, fighting like similar to actual Napoleonic combat.

On a final note, I love this mod and understand that it is in Alpha and the creator has other obligations. But I do wish he/she would spend more time on the mod and help keep Warband alive for those of us who play it. Sure Holdfast or M&B Bannerlord may be more flashy and new, but not all of us can run newer games. But this mod is really something, and the creator can make it more. If I had a larger income of my own I would seriously consider supporting you in a monetary sense, but until then I will have to cheer you on from the sidelines and offer you an funny quote as encouragement.

"God Save Ireland, say it."
"god save ireland."
"Louder, God Save Ireland."
"G-God s-save Ireland."
"LOUDER!"
"GOD SAVE IRELAND, GOD SAVE IRELAND."
