Faction Marshall

Is it possible to become the Marshall for a faction (not the rank). I have super high renown and honor. I've never seen Marshall elections and was wondering if its even possible.

You can become Marshall, if you do enough things for the faction that don't cause a lot of loss or controversy. You also need a good relationship with the faction's ruler and the other vassals.

easiest country to become marshal for is poland, but whenever i do the game breaks
