Prussia has only three unique flags, one Kompanie- and two Leibfahnen. One is a given to cavalry but is in the form of an infantry banner, also it's called "ducorps" but can not be recruited by the Garde-du-Corps.

-Prussian foot fusiliers of the Guard
-Prussian foot grenadiers of the Guard (shares with the guard fusiliers)

Russia has six unique flags, a white and coloured for two infantry regiments, and two cavalry standards.

-Russian cossacks
The Confederation of the Rhine borrows flags from Prussia.

-Bavarian fusiliers of the Leib-Regiment (shares with Prussian musketeers)
Holland has none
Warsaw has none
I can't remember if the Italian states have any but I don't think so.
