Nervous man in Mother Russia
Comrades! I can't finish the lawless villain quest because I can't find the nervous man in the huge (for real) Russian village he is hiding in. I've searched for like 15 minutes. Also I had a hard time finding the village elder before, and been totally dumbstruck to see that he was right behind my starting point. Anyway, anyone been able to spot where that bastard is hiding? A video would be awesome, but giving instructions could suffice too.

The Russian villages' maps dear mr. dev. They all look the same but I can't remember the name of the specific village I had the problem.
