yes, u can create ur own server, map is here: SteamLibrary\SteamApps\workshop\content\304930\495306406, u can find updated version there, and only someone who will host must copy this files to SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Unturned\Maps , and when i will update u must do this things again, cuz ur friends will have updated version of map, so u must copy files when update releases, also u can copy files to this folder: SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Unturned\Bundles\Workshop\Maps , it will work, but i dont know about autoupdates, probably u also must update it manually
