The only thing more stupid than stat threads are the ideas posted in them.
Primary Attack shoots a spray of jarate with 100 ammo
Secondary Attack shoots a spray of Mad Milk with 100 ammo
x2 damage from bleeding and fire when equipped.
Lower the scouts health, the faster he runs.
Health packs do not remove bleeding and fire.
This makes scout a more support class and helps every other class finish of enemies, but makes scout weaker in general. a single spray of fire could mean death. You have to play carefully but you could easily turn the tides of battle.
But medics a support but can be plaayed offensive.
When equipped:
+10% Move speed when <100 HP (+20% when <60; +35% when <30)
+On Hit: Mad Milk Effect on target for 8 Seconds
Cons:
-90% Damage
-magazinesize: 4/20
