The mod works great on your own faction, but is there anyway the blank decal pack can remove the AI decal and teamcolor as well?

unfortunately no, I have a similar no decal mod, and its like that too.

No im affraid you cant build that. However I recently updated my Invasion Europe 1944 mod for ostheer. I have released a new skin pack and it is now the default skin for the AI osteer armies in that mod. I am in the process of building similar skinpacks for the other fractions

Sorry no,At present the modding tools dont appear to enable that option.
