I understand this probably isn't a bug but a feature. Every time i lose a battle (which happens often in the early game, mind you) one or two of my companions disappears, and i'll likely find them in a city at a later date.

My question is this - Can i disable this feature? I don't really enjoy it but it's something I can live with if need be.
