Noregr has no tech advancement?
Why don't Noregrs have tech levels? This will make Noregr players helpless against advanced kingdoms.

Not really. Guns are garbage they miss 90% of the time.

Only the six main factions have technological advancement. The rest are too buried in their ancient ways to advance. :P
