Please Help!
So I build my own castle and now I'm Tsar of it. Unfortunately, I don't have a village or something else that could generate income to my kingdom which I need to hire somebody to declare war. I currently just have a minister, but I don't see any options to declare war on another faction. I have enough money in my personal purse and enough troops to take on one weakened faction but I can't declare war on them.

Is there any way to build a village or town, or to put my personal money into the treasury?

hue hue hue. U can declare war by hiring Diplomat court, to add coins for your corrupted treasure you need to hire Treasury court. And my favorite part They'r weekly payment are 10000 $ from your... Pocket? No, your poor kingdom treasure, also you cannot (by now, ask to creator) build village or town! *Evil laught*

hmmm... it's need wait random event like "border icedend", but it's chance is 1 to !!!!... so just hire court diplomat and declare war

But my treasury is empty and I can't add money to it. Remember I just have a castle, lots of money in my purse and a ton of troops but no village or town.

Then wait untill your threasure fill to 10k, then hire court (diplomat or treasure) and do as you choose
- Diplomat : declare war (if you have follower is messenger) then dismiss him
- Treasure : put bloody money into corrupted treasure, then if you have >10k money, hire Diplomat, declare war and dismiss someone :D

Castle can add some coins, also Commoners adds 15k coins (if you doesen't changed balance of power, if you did it, then close game,delite steam and drink tequilla situation is hard)

Simply attack the factions you're talking about and eventually they will declare war on you. I'm talking about caravans and farmers unless you're capable of dealing with vassels ofcourse.

Yeah just figured out that I already was at war with the Tsardom after I became indeptendent. Now I just need to figure a way out for the Tsar to accept my peace offer... I already sieged all towns, castles etc. he's just left with 2 colonies and some aztec stuff I conquered for him but the aztecs are already with out my military presence reconquering it.
