Only 1 apprentiship per town?

Can you only have 1 skill in each town?

I made a black smith at the begining of the game and decied to sell it to make a wine press, but it wont let me get the skill even though i alredy sold my blacksmith, if thats so. thats realy dumb and should be fixed

yeah you can only have 1 in each town so always pick the dyer one because it makes you earn the most money
